Ko āu mahi: 

• Ko koe te poutokomanawa o ngā kaupapa ahurea, me te whakatītinatanga o te reo me ngā tikanga Māori ki roto i ā tātou mahi katoa. 
• He ārahi i ngā taiopenga toi auaha me ngā hōtaka e whakanui ana, e whakahaumanu ana hoki i te reo me ngā tikanga Māori. 
• Kia auaha te ārahi i ngā take pūmanawa tangata — he whakawhanake i tētahi ranga whai pūkenga nui, whai tikanga hoki.  
• He whakairoiro i ngā pānui whakamōhio kia kaua e hāngai pū noa ki ngā waitohunga ā-tari, engari ka rongohia hoki te wairua o Aotearoa. 

Ko ō pūkenga: 

• He ngākaunui tōu ki te reo Māori, me tō mātau ki te whakaniko i te reo i ngā horopaki o tēnei wā.  
• Kua neke atu i te tekau tau koe e whakapūmau ana i ngā rautaki pūmanawa tangata, ahurea hoki ki te ao motuhenga. 
• He toki ki te whai tūhononga, me te whirikaha i ngā tūhononga ki ngā hapori Māori me te hunga whai pānga. 
• He ngākau toi tōu e mōhio ana ki te titiro whānui, ki te whakaaro auaha, me te noho tūturu ki a koe anō.
